* Alesha Dixon d'où son vrai nom Alesha Anjanette Dixon, est née le 7 octobre 1978 à Welwyn Garden City en Angleterre, elle est l'une des sept enfant de sa mère anglaise et de son père jamaicain. Elle a 5 demi-frères et 1 demi-soeur. Elle a été éduquée à Monks Walk School dans sa ville natale. Sa carrière à débutée en 1999 quand elle rencontre Sabrina Washington quand les deux se sont rejoint à la Dance Attic , une école de dance hip hop/jazz à l'Ouest de Londres. Elles forment un duo et sortent une démo appelée "Inspiration". Pendant une audition, elles rencontrent Su-Elise Nash et c'est avec elle qu'elles ont formé le trio Mis-Teeq. En 2008 elle sort son album solo. Elle compose elle même ses chansons. [. Elle a été nommée championne de "Strictly Come Dancing", en Décembre 2007 contre l'acteur Matt Di Angelo en finale.

Son retour en 2008 avec son single "The Boy Does Nothing" a été un énorme succès. Elle était dans le Top 10 en Grande-Bretagne, puis dans le Top 5.
